How do I properly use my Maison Berger catalytic lamp?
Fill your lamp to 2/3 capacity with your chosen fragrance, light the burner for two minutes, blow out the flame, and place the protective cap on. This process purifies the air and diffuses scent for approximately 20 minutes to scent an average-sized room.
What is the difference between Maison Berger fragrances and standard oils?
Our fragrances are specifically formulated for catalytic combustion, which eliminates odors and bacteria at a molecular level rather than just masking them. Using non-approved oils can damage the burner and void your warranty.
How long does a standard bottle of fragrance last?
A 500ml bottle provides approximately 20 hours of use and 80 hours of fragrancing. A 1-liter bottle provides approximately 40 hours of use and 160 hours of fragrancing.
What is your return policy for home fragrance products?
We accept returns on unused and unopened items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on fragrance bottles that have been opened or had the seal broken.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship our home fragrance collections to over 50 countries. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order.
When should I replace my catalytic burner?
For optimal performance and air purification, we recommend replacing your burner every 200 lightings or once a year, whichever comes first.
