At Maison Berger, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home fragrance experience. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team or visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to start the process.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the unused items, including all fragrance refills and accessories, into their original gift boxes to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
